Teacher of Design & Technology

Notting Hill & Ealing High School, one of London’s leading independent girls’ day schools, has an exciting opportunity for an inspirational Teacher of Design & Technology.

As Teacher of Design and Technology, you will teach throughout the school including at A Level, helping to advance the subject by delivering an outstanding quality of learning and teaching. 

You will be a well-qualified teacher of DT, with a passion for the subject and excellent subject knowledge. If you are a good communicator who can enthuse and inspire pupils about the possibilities offered by DT, we would be delighted to hear from you.

DT at NHEHS

DT is a popular subject throughout the school and our GCSE and A Level results are consistently outstanding.

The DT Department is currently focused on Product Design, with an emphasis on timber and polymers. CAD/CAM is used extensively, and we have high-spec, modern facilities, including two laser cutters and four 3D printers. The DT Department also covers metals, electronics, systems and control and paper and board, as part of the ‘Core’ content. The ideal candidate would have the ability and experience to assist in this regard.
