TEACHER OF DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGY
MPS/UPS, London Fringe Pay Scale
Required for September 2019, an enthusiastic and ambitious Teacher to join our Design and Technology department to teach Design and Technology. This position would also suit an NQT. The successful candidate needs to be able to offer Resistant Materials and Food Technology.
The Bromfords School and Sixth Form College is a school where students achieve well and are part of a strong, caring community. In 2018, our A Level results place us in the top 25% of schools nationally with 45% of grades at A*B and two students securing a place at Cambridge University. We also continue to deliver strong outcomes in vocational courses.
The Design and Technology Department consists of 2 Design and Technology teachers, one RMT technician and two part-time Food/Textiles technicians. The Department has a record of examination success at all levels and has sent many students on to higher education, apprenticeships in Engineering and Design Colleges.
