We are inviting applications from newly qualified or experienced teachers for the vacancy of Teacher of Design & Technology & Art.

At The County High School, Leftwich, there is a strong tradition of high quality induction and continuing professional development so the post can be adapted to suit a new or existing Teacher of Design & Technology & Art.  We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Teacher who will inspire and motivate students and colleagues to succeed at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. 


A strong desire to motivate students and staff to achieve excellent progress is crucial in an environment in which “Pupils display a thirst for learning” and there is “…first-rate behaviour in classrooms and around the academy” (Ofsted, 2016).

About The County High School Leftwich

The County High School Leftwich is a fully inclusive, co-educational, 11-16 school with approximately 1000 students, 60 teaching and 60 support staff. The school serves a mixed catchment area with a Published Admission Number of 196, though we are now significantly over-subscribed.
