TEACHER OF DESIGN TECHNOLOGY

Band A (£29,664) – Band C (£48,244)

We are looking for an inspirational and enthusiastic teacher with a real interest in the provision of quality and imaginative teaching in all specialisms within DT to join an experienced and supportive Department of Design Technology.

The successful candidate will be expected to teach up to Key Stage 5 Product Design and at least one other Design and Technology discipline across the key stages and ability range. 

Drayton Manor is a heavily oversubscribed and successful school. Student achievement is high with a value added score at A Level placing us in the top 12% of schools nationally and 50% of GCSE students achieving the English Baccalaureate. We are very proud of our ethos.

About Drayton Manor High School

Drayton Manor High School is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school with sixth form in London serving students between the ages of 11-19. The secondary school, situated in Ealing as approximately 1,566 students on record. 

Formerly Drayton Manor Grammar School, Drayton Manor High School was established in 1930, changing to a comprehensive status in 1975. The secondary school converted to academy status in 2012 and was identified as outstanding by Ofsted in the same year.
