We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic teacher of Food to join our established Design Technology team, to cover a period of maternity leave. You will be a passionate advocate for the value of food and the interesting ways in which the discipline supports the creative process, helps students to learn practical skills, and also builds their cultural capital and knowledge of the world around them. You will teach Key Stages 3, and be willing to turn your hand to other DT disciplines such as textiles to support the smooth running of the department. 


We will be flexible to recruit the right person. Whether you have experience or are new to the profession, we’d like to hear from you. This is an excellent opportunity for an Early Career Teacher looking to work in an established team and contribute to a changing curriculum.
