We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed teacher with excellent subject knowledge who can engage, challenge and motivate students.
The successful candidate will be able to teach across the full age and ability range using innovative teaching and learning strategies. The ability to teach both Food and Textiles would be an advantage. You will be welcomed into a creative team, which includes subjects from the disciplines of Design Technology, Art, Craft and Design.
You should be willing to be involved in the development of the department, extra-curricular activities and trips. We are a well-resourced faculty including a range of CAD and CAM equipment.
If you have excellent organisational skills and the capacity to work with others to raise achievement through motivating and inspiring students then we would like to hear from you. This post is suitable for experienced or newly qualified teachers, with the possibility of an early start for NQTs. A highly competitive salary is negotiable for the right candidate.
