Job overview

Linton Park School requires a highly motivated, well-qualified Design Technology Product Design teacher (c. 0.6 FTE) who can continue to inspire and enthuse our students to achieve at the highest levels whilst supporting the development of all learners. In order to offer as a full time position, the successful applicant would also be required to have additional teaching responsibilities to include Key Stages 3-5 Boys’ PE. Please note with teaching boys’ PE that due to the nature of the role, it is only open to male applicants (Exempt under the Equality Act 2010 pursuant to Schedule 9, part 1).

Linton Park School is a small independent school with a Christian ethos for Years 3-13. The latest inspection report in December 2016 concluded that Linton Park is outstanding in all areas and ‘the quality of education is excellent’.

OneSchool Global UK Maidstone Campus (formerly Focus School Linton Park Campus) is an independent, all-through, co-educational, non-selective school for children aged 7-18. It has a strong Christian ethos and there are 195 pupils on its roll. Linton Park is situated in Maidstone, Kent. The school was established on its current site in 2008 in purpose-built accommodation, which has been further developed since including a new state-of-the-art Learning Centre for Primary students.
