We are looking to recruit a Teacher of Design Technology to join our thriving DT Department. You will be an excellent classroom practitioner and bring passion and enthusiasm to the role, along with the ability to teach proactive and focused lessons for all age groups. You will hold a relevant degree and be able to demonstrate your enthusiasm and an appropriate skillset to contribute actively to engaging students from KS3 to KS5 in the subject. You will have a clear desire to ensure high standards of pupil progression and attainment, providing stimulating learning opportunities. Ideally, you will be able to teach Resistant Materials/Product Design/Textiles with a readiness to support the recent introduction of our BTEC programme.
This is an ideal opportunity for an NQT or a more experienced Teacher to develop their career. Supportively led by the Head of Department, you will be able to express your passion and enthusiasm for the role along with the ability to teach proactive, differentiated and focused lessons.
