We welcome applications from all suitably qualified professionals for full or part-time working.

Design Technology is an extremely popular subject and, by inspiring our students at Key Stage 3, sees a continually growing number opting to continue their studies at GCSE and A Level. The DT department has excellent facilities with three dedicated classrooms and is supported by a full-time Technician.

Weatherhead High School is an extremely successful school. We are accredited with ‘World-Class Schools’ status in addition to our ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted status, recognising that our students are truly world-class. The school consistently achieves significantly above the national average in GCSE, A Level and BTEC examination results and has positive scores for both P8 and Attainment 8.

We offer an outstanding ECT programme and ongoing CPD for all staff. Weatherhead is committed to a culture of excellence, and we are looking for an individual who shares that ethos.

Closing date: 3.30 pm on Tuesday 7th June 2022, but early applications are welcome and will be considered upon receipt.

Weatherhead is committed to safeguarding the welfare of children and young people. An enhanced DBS, with barred list check, will be required for this post.
