St Mary’s is one of the two Diocesan high schools for students of all abilities that serves families on the Wirral. In November 2016 St Mary’s joined the Holy Family Catholic Multi Academy Trust which includes the other Wirral Catholic High School St John Plessington. St John Plessington has been consistently judged to be Outstanding in OFSTED inspections. It is an exciting time for our College. 

This has given the opportunity for the two schools to work collaboratively to share best practice and this is already beginning to bear fruit. Together we are able to offer a programme of continuous professional development that we believe is second to none. There is bespoke provision; at whatever career stage a colleague is at currently, to meet a colleague’s professional needs and ambitions.
