Teacher of Drama

Broomwood Girls is seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring Head of Drama to lead and develop our Drama department. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for the performing arts, alongside the energy and creativity to inspire and engage pupils. You will be responsible for delivering a stimulating and diverse curriculum, fostering confidence, creativity, and a love of theatre in our pupils.

As the leader of the department, you will manage the department, oversee all pupil productions, and ensure they are an enriching experience that builds teamwork, self-esteem, and confidence. Strong leadership and excellent communication skills are essential, as you will liaise with staff, parents, and external partners to ensure the success of the department’s initiatives.
