You will be expected to demonstrate consistently high standards of personal and professional conduct and be a positive ambassador for the school at all times. You will be expected to make significant contributions to whole school planning around EAL and issues in addition to the principal responsibilities within the Inclusion faculty. You will have full responsibility for outcomes within the faculty in terms of progress measures and attainment for the relevant student cohorts across two key stages.

We are currently recruiting for a dynamic Teacher of EAL who is a well-qualified and enthusiastic teacher who is a passionate classroom practitioner with the interests of the students at heart and who can add value to the whole department.
At The East Manchester Academy, we have modern, fully equipped classrooms to support our teachers. We are looking to appoint a flexible Teacher of EAL who is motivated to teach engaging lessons with the range of resources available that help students understand and enjoy their learning.
