The Role of Early Years Teachers

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a teacher who can demonstrate:

Exceptional knowledge of Early Years education and the EYFS framework.

The ability to create a vibrant, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

Experience with current UK educational initiatives and developments.

A passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to achieving the highest standards.

The ability to support creative and play-based learning while fostering foundational skills for lifelong learning.

Confidence in using technology to enhance learning experiences.

Experience in using observation and assessment to track and support student progress.

A genuine love for working with young children and an understanding of their developmental needs.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must be fluent English speakers, hold a relevant degree and Early Years teaching qualification, and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching in schools that follow the National Curriculum of England.

Proven ability to plan and deliver a creative, child-centred curriculum.

Experience teaching EAL (English as an Additional Language) students is desirable but not essential.
