Founded in 1646, Reading Blue Coat is a leading independent day school of 785 pupils; 705 boys aged 11 – 18 and a further 80 girls in the co-educational sixth form. The School is located on a beautiful 46 acre campus in the village of Sonning, just outside Reading.

An enthusiastic and inspiring Economics teacher with outstanding subject knowledge is required from September 2021 in this excellent department. You will teach the A Level Edexcel syllabus.

The successful candidate will have energy, drive and great ideas, whether as an experienced teacher of Economics, or an able NQT who can to meet the demands of a thriving department and ambitious pupils.

It will be an advantage if you can also teach on our Business A Level course.
