We are looking to appoint a talented Teacher of English to work in our highly successful English department with our very able and committed students.

Caistor Grammar School has an enviable record of success.  It has been designated "as outstandingly successful" by OFSTED four times.  We have consistently been one of the leading schools in Lincolnshire at A level and GCSE.  Our students are highly able, high achieving and well motivated.  We are a friendly, supportive and inclusive community, where colleagues enjoy their teaching.

Our Progress 8 score in 2018 was 0.61.

In 2018 our GCSE A*/A/9-7 was 57.2%   

In 2017 our A level A*-B was 67%
