Teacher of English and Drama

Central Foundation is located on the Old Street Silicon Roundabout and at the heart of the Tech City, which offers a range of amazing opportunities for our students. We are seeking to appoint a teacher of English and Drama to teach these two subjects across key stages. The position will be suitable for both a newly qualified and a more experienced teacher.

We are looking to add more capacity to our Drama department to further develop performance opportunities for the students. The School is also exploring the possibility of delivering Drama at KS5.

Rated outstanding by Ofsted in February 2015, Central Foundation is one of the top performing schools in the country based on GCSE outcomes. In 2019, 82% of our Year 11 students achieved a good pass (Grade C/4 or above) in both English and Maths while 36% of Year 11 students achieved a grade 7, 8 or 9.
