Teacher of English and Geography from September 2019
The School seeks to appoint, from September 2019, a full-time, bright and enthusiastic Teacher of English and Geography to join our successful, significantly oversubscribed and expanding school.
The successful applicant will be joining an English Faculty that has a proven track record of achieving good GCSE results and will be expected actively to contribute towards even greater successes in the future. The successful candidate must be a teacher with a sturdy interest in Geography with the ability to teach to KS3.
Applicants must have a good, relevant degree and have a PGCE.
QEGS has a pay scale above CPS and remuneration will be set according to qualifications and experience. All teachers are members of the Teachers’ Pension Scheme. A willingness to contribute to the extra-curricular life of the school is expected.
