We are looking to appoint an excellent subject specialist to join our thriving English Department here at BGN. The ideal candidate will be a highly effective communicator, fully committed to improving outcomes for all our pupils, able to motivate and inspire students through their own passion for the subject and by teaching engaging, challenging lessons with creativity and enthusiasm. The post would suit a committed teacher who wants to make a difference and help all our students achieve the highest possible standards.
In return, this post offers the right candidate an excellent Professional Development Programme and the opportunity to be part of a supportive, enthusiastic and committed team. The ability to teach across the Key stages up to and including KS5/A Level is desirable, but certainly KS3 and KS4 in the first instance.
