Clifton High School is an academically selective, co-educational, independent day school for approximately 650 pupils aged 3-18 years. Situated on a beautiful Bristol site, our educational offering is underpinned by a strong pastoral and family ethos. We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic, well-qualified teachers of English with a strong track record of teaching success to work within a thriving department. The English department plays a significant role in the school and our pupils achieve excellent results at GCSE and A level; a number of our students apply to Oxbridge.

Two roles are available; one full time and one part time (0.6-0.7FTE). Please indicate on your application which role you would like to be considered for. Additionally, applicants are welcomed to apply to be Second in Department for English, please see our candidate pack for more information.
