West Coventry Academy is a co-educational, fully comprehensive school situated in large grounds in the South West of the city that welcomes and nurtures children from a wide variety of backgrounds and abilities.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational qualified Secondary School teacher of English, to join our thriving and successful English Department.  The post would suit an experienced or newly qualified English teacher who is committed to teaching at the highest standard and raising aspirations and achievements of our students.  Applications for a Lead Practitioner position would also be welcomed.

You will be required to teach across the ability range in Key Stages 3 and Key Stage 4.  Experience of teaching A Level Language and Literature could be an advantage, but is not essential.
