Millbrook Academy is situated in Brockworth, Gloucestershire on the old Roman road that connects the City of Gloucester with Barnwood, Hucclecote and Cirencester. Millbrook is a co-educational, fully comprehensive academy which is part of Academies Enterprise Trust (AET), a network of 67 primary, secondary and special academies.

We are looking for an innovative, inspirational and highly motivated individual to join our department and support the drive for improvement. We will have high expectations of you to be an outstanding role model to your students and you will demonstrate high standards of delivery in a consistent manner and be committed to improving achievement across all key stages. The successful candidate will have the ability to teach English up to KS3, KS4 and KS5.

As the sponsor, AET believes that all young people deserve to become world-class learners – to learn, enjoy, succeed and thrive in a first rate educational environment with the best facilities, the best teaching and the most up-to-date resources available to them. In each of our AET academies, you will benefit from visionary, inspirational and dynamic leadership and be empowered to develop your own skills with access to world-class CPD and Talent Management programmes. You will also be entitled to the following benefits: a health cash plan, vehicle affinity scheme, Cycle2work, childcare vouchers and Westfield rewards.
