As the Academy of Central Bedfordshire continues to expand to meet the demand for places we require exceptional new members of staff to maintain our progress towards being an Outstanding school.
The Academy of Central Bedfordshire is one of the most successful Alternative Provision Academies in the country. split over two sites (one in Houghton Regis and one in Stotfold) to accommodate vulnerable young people from across Central Bedfordshire. We strive to find exceptional individuals to join our staff team who will be committed to enabling the young people in our care to develop their life skills and achieve academically.
We are seeking a teacher of English to join the dedicated staff team at our Kingsland campus in Houghton Regis. This is a full time role on a permanent contract.
Ideally you will have experience of working with young people with additional needs in a trauma informed, attachment aware manner although all relevant skills and experience will be considered. We offer a full training programme for all staff throughout the year to help develop your skills and knowledge.
