All Hallows is entering a new and exciting phase. With over 1400 students the school is academically successful and consistently oversubscribed. Rated “Outstanding” by Ofsted in our previous two reports (2014 & 2011), the school has much to celebrate.

All Hallows achieves excellent GSCE and A-Level results, and is in the Top 100 for progress nationally at KS4. There are excellent facilities spread over a large site, with a standalone Sixth Form Centre. There is a focus on CPD, and a strong cultural of staff development. Teachers are encouraged to collaborate and be proactive in their professional growth and there are frequent opportunities for further responsibilities academic and pastoral positions.
We wish to appoint a well-qualified, ambitious teacher to the above post. The ability to teach Media would be desirable. The English Department currently has 11 staff, and has an excellent record of success in, with 87% of students achieving the higher GCSE grades (9-4) in Language and 91% in Literature in 2017 exams. This is a supportive department, where ideas are welcomed and best practice is shared.
In the first instance this will be a two term fixed contract with the possibility of permanent for the right candidate.
