Role Purpose -
As Teacher of English, this is an exciting opportunity to join an Academy on a journey to excellence. The successful candidate will inspire and motivate students to ensure that they achieve their full potential, you will be engaging, enigmatic and enthusiastic.
This role would be suitable for either a Newly Qualified Teacher or a more experienced colleague; enthusiasm, passion and a commitment to inspiring young people are more important than years of experience.

Skills & Experience -
QTS / NQTS
It is essential that you are Degree qualified with passion, drive and enthusiasm within the relevant subject area.
The successful candidate will have previous classroom experience, knowledge of current issues and developments in education, a good awareness of strategies to improve the learning and achievement of students and a desire to raise standards in teaching and learning to improve achievement.
You will be committed to supporting learning, able to relate to students in a pleasant and sympathetic manner and have an enthusiastic and engaging approach.
An enhanced DBS check is required for all of our roles
