Thank you for your interest in the post of Teacher of English at St Nicholas Catholic High School. This contract is to start in September 2023 or earlier depending on the availability of the successful candidate. This position is suitable for ECTs or more experienced teachers and we welcome applications from both faith and non-faith backgrounds.

We are looking to appoint a Teacher of English with a passion and vision for learning and teaching English across all Key Stages - a highly effective practitioner who will make a difference by inspiring a love of learning in their students. The successful candidate will join a vibrant, forward thinking, and progressive department which is keen to build upon the many successes within the school’s external inspection reports from both the Diocese and Ofsted.

St Nicholas has made significant progress with the continuous development of the curriculum we deliver to our students.
