Job overview

Tes is supporting the appointment of an English Teacher at a secondary school in Surrey.

Due to growth within the department, the School is seeking an engaging and passionate teacher to deliver English to highly motivated girls in Key Stages 3, 4 & 5.

The successful candidate should have the capability to teach English Language to GCSE and English Literature up to A level, creating challenging and thought-provoking lessons, with an emphasis on creativity and collaboration.

The ability to offer a second subject for KS3, such as a Humanities subject, would be an advantage.

Please ensure that you state any additional subjects in your application.

This role would be ideally suited to an ECT who is looking to join a supportive department and faculty with superb ECT provision for professional development.

Experienced teachers are also welcome to apply.
