Intense CPD 

We offer a range of intense Continuous Professional Development opportunities, E-ACT believes that CPD and training are of paramount importance to investing in, and improving, the capability, performance and expertise of its teaching and leadership staff, who are the driving force behind improving our students’ achievement and progress. 

For the 2017/18 academic year, the Trust has invested funding to allow for three additional days in addition to the five core INSET days that exist statutorily for the exclusive use of CPD and professional development for teaching staff. There is an abundance of opportunities for an ambitious professional to develop their teaching styles and leadership skills within a highly supportive Academy which is part of the innovative E-ACT West Midlands Hub.
