The role

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join Arnold Lodge, particularly for an NQT, to teach at an excellent independent school in the heart of Leamington Spa as Arnold Lodge enter a period of growth and expansion. 

We're looking to bring energy and vibrancy to our classrooms and hope that if you are pasisonate about teaching, you would submit an application to which we would be thrilled to receive.  

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and ambitious educator to to join our team. Alongside teaching English across 11-18, you'll have the opportuny to teach a second subject should you feel this is something you can offer and we would love to support you in doing so. We'd be particularly interested to hear from those with experience or interest in Media Studies or History and would welcome applications from experienced teachers who love their subject and can demonstrate this in their teaching journey. 

This is an excellent opportunity for an outstanding NQT, looking to begin their teaching career in our wonderfully supportive school. .

Arnold Lodge School

Arnold Lodge is a 4-18 Co-Educational Independent Day School in the heart of Leamington Spa. The school first opened in 1864 and quickly established itself as an exceptional preparatory school. Originally a boys’ school, Arnold Lodge became co-educational in the 1970s and continued to provide an extraordinary education for the girls and boys who attended the school. In 2008, Arnold Lodge extended up to 16 and quickly founded a reputation for excellent examination results at GCSE before moving to be an all-through school in 2013.  Over the past decade, Arnold Lodge has established itself as an excellent all-through school providing high quality education for pupils from 4-18.
