We are seeking to appoint for January 2019 an excellent classroom practitioner to teach across the whole ability and age range in this large popular oversubscribed academy.  The successful candidate will be a motivated and innovative English teacher and will likely have a proven track record of pupils achieving excellent results at both Key Stage 3 and 4.  A professional who is able to enthuse and engage pupils, and is determined to make a difference to children’s life choices.   

This is an exciting opportunity for a NQT to establish themselves as a teacher, or an experienced teacher looking to further their practice. 

Woodchurch High School is an exciting place to work.  It is a successful and oversubscribed 11 – 16 co-educational comprehensive.

Woodchurch High School is a very successful, over-subscribed co-educational Church of England Academy.  There are over 1400 pupils on roll, who are supported by 114 teaching staff and  over 120 support staff.
