Kingsmead School, a partner academy in John Taylor Multi-Academy Trust (JT MAT), has an exciting opportunity to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic teacher of English to join a flourishing, dynamic and supportive English department in an Ofsted rated Good with Outstanding features school. We are a highly skilled team of teachers who are committed to driving English forwards and who will encourage ambitious staff to develop and flourish in their role as an English teacher and leader. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach across all the key stages. The TLR area of responsibility is flexible depending on the candidate.

·        Be able to teach across the full age and ability range, with the possibility of delivering A level English Literature

·        Be able and willing to make a full contribution to the life of the school

·        Have high expectations of yourself and others

·        Be a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

·        Be flexible and a good team player
