Rochester Independent College is Kent’s fresh alternative to traditional independent education from Year 7 to Sixth Form. All teaching takes place in informal mixed ability tutorial style groups. Our teachers are experts in their subjects and academically highly qualified. They are lively, motivational and engaging and enjoy the company of young people.
We require a teacher of Film/Media/Digital Arts/Creative ICT to teach the subjects from September 2018 in Years 7-11. This position will be based in RIC's Lower School. At GCSE we offer both one and two year courses in Media and Film. Good Schools Award for Film Studies were won in 2007, 2008, 2012, 2014 and 2015 and 2016 and we were one of the first UK schools to offer GCSE Film Studies.
