We are evolving and expanding and are looking to recruit talented colleagues to strengthen our team. FRA is broadening its Creative Industries curriculum at both KS3 and KS4, and we are looking for an inspirational colleague to teach Food and Nutrition.
At KS4 we are interested in exploring new courses such as the NCFE V Cert level 2 certificate in food and cookery alongside the existing GCSE course.
Applications will be considered from colleagues interested in a part-time position.
If a full-time position is desirable, then please make clear what other subject area you have experience of delivering. About Fowey River Academy
Fowey River Academy is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school situated in Fowey, Cornwall. There are approximately 684 students at the school, between the ages of 11-16.
Fowey River Academy was established in 1692 as Fowey Free School, opening to 30 pupils from low income families. The school has since been a boarding and grammar school throughout the years. In 2014, it received academy status, changing its name from Fowey Community College to Fowey River Academy.
