Colchester Academy is a thriving secondary school, looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and driven Teacher of Food Technology to join its dedicated team.  The successful applicant will teach KS4 Hospitality and Catering level 1 / 2 course and GCSE Food Preparation and Nutrition.  This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to help continue to raise standards across the school and to drive the Art and Technology faculty further on its already successful journey. 

Colchester Academy is a secondary school located in the heart of Colchester, Essex, and recently graded ‘GOOD’ by OFSTED (2018). This is an incredibly exciting time in our journey, as we have just joined a local Academy Chain, South Suffolk Learning Trust (SSLT). 

We are looking to appoint someone intent upon driving up standards, delivering excellent teaching and inspiring the same in others, and helping lead the school towards excellence.
