We are excited to have the opportunity to add to our creative and divergent thinkers in our Creative Arts department with a Food specialist with the proven track record or the ability and willingness to build that record with our support.

 

You will be ready to inspire some of our most able and ambitious as well as open doors to the possibilities in our younger students throughout the creative arts in KS3 and 4 (working to your strengths in food alongside - textiles, art, photography, product design or resistant materials).

 

We are a happy, forward thinking, creative and collegiate staff body seeking energy radiators to join our journey as we continue to provide a strong education for the community of the market town of Oswestry in idyllic rural Shropshire.

 

The Creative Ars Department is a blend of experienced and younger staff, working together to create a dynamic curriculum at KS3, giving the students a sound base for KS4 and KS5.

 

We know our school is a special place, our staff wellbeing survey tells us staff love working here because of the relationships between staff, departments and students and we would love to meet you so you can see this in practice.

In the Technology Department we have:

The Marches School is a successful, forward-thinking 11-18 Academy, with 1,440 students currently on roll. Located in the attractive border town of Oswestry, the school enjoys a semi-rural location, within walking distance of the town centre. In 2013, The Marches opened its doors to the school's first ever Sixth Formers and now delivers a broad range of A Levels to current students and those joining from other local 11-16 schools. The school boasts modern, spacious Sixth Form Facilities and excellent outcomes.
