Required for January or Easter 2022 - this full-time post is suitable for both experienced and newly qualified teachers.
Haberdashers' Abraham Darby is an 11-18 mixed school which opened in 2008. We are part of the Haberdashers' Adams’ Federation linked with Haberdashers’ Adams in Newport. We are located within a short distance from the picturesque River Severn and Ironbridge Gorge, not far from Telford and Shrewsbury, with good motorway links to both the M6 and M54. Moving into a new state of the art, technology rich building in July 2012, our facilities and working environment for both pupils and staff are excellent.
We are seeking to appoint an inspirational, enthusiastic and committed teacher of Food to join us as soon as possible to teach GCSE Food Preparation and Nutrition to KS3 and KS4, and Diploma Level 3 Food Science Nutrition to KS5. An experience of teaching KS4 and KS5 Catering would also be desirable but not essential. The successful candidate will join a highly committed team dedicated to raising achievement and transforming learning.
