The successful candidate will teach across the full age and ability range. This is a full-time maternity cover required from September 2019. This post would suit both an experienced colleague seeking temporary employment and a newly qualified teacher seeking a good start in the profession. The ability to teach A level Spanish is essential.
Lytchett Minster is a successful 11-18 mixed comprehensive school with approximately 1450 students, 288 of whom are in the successful sixth form. The learning environment is stunning with extensive and beautiful grounds; the school site is comprised of South Lytchett Manor House together with a number of modern extensions including the brand new Arts block and theatre. We pride ourselves on our high standards and positive ethos, the school is popular and highly regarded in the community.

Lytchett Minster is a very successful and popular comprehensive school with a large and thriving sixth form situated just outside Poole, Dorset. We were judged to be ‘good’ by OFSTED (May 2017). We are a foundation state school and will provide over 1,500 places for students aged 11-18, when fully subscribed.
