Job overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and experienced Key Stage 3 to 5 teacher of French (with Spanish) to join our successful and thriving School.
All pupils begin French and Spanish in Year 7 and both languages are taught to A-level. Pupils in the Preparatory School are introduced to modern languages and are taught by members of the Modern Languages Department.
This is a full-time (or significant part-time) permanent appointment effective from 27th August 2020. The successful candidate will be a well‐qualified, motivated, enthusiastic teacher of French up to A‐level; and have the ability to also teach Spanish to at least KS3. Applicants should also indicate ability/interest to contribute to other parts of the curriculum e.g. Extended Project, PHSE or Games.
The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the wider life of the school and its community; this will be discussed at interview.
