Teacher of French required for a friendly and supportive Secondary Academy based in Wellingborough!
Tes is currently seeking an ambitious Teacher of French for a well-renowned school seeking to expand its successful MFL Department. The school has a friendly ethos and enjoys supporting passionate teachers who enjoy engaging their learners.
The role will include teaching and coordinating the delivery of French at KS3 and GCSE/A-level across year groups 7 to 13. You will support the Assistant Head Teacher in charge of MFL to enhance provision and school curriculum across Spanish and French to ensure learners receive the best chance at attaining that all-important Grade 4 or above.
The school has a fantastic and friendly ethos and teachers will benefit from outstanding support via the SLT and great CPD and progression.
They want to hear from passionate MFL practitioners that engage learners and develop learners' knowledge of learning a 2nd language and learning about other cultures.

The school expects:
- a UK teaching qualification such as PGCE/PGDE, SCITT, BEd or MEd with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- a relevant BA in MFLor a related subject
- Ability to speak French
- previous experience of delivering French at GCSE/A-level or above
