With the possibility of a TLR2c (£3348) for the leadership of KS3

REQUIRED JANUARY 1ST 2023

Quality of Education - Outstanding (Ofsted 2020)

Sixth Form – Outstanding (Ofsted 2020)

Personal Development – Outstanding (Ofsted 2020)

We are looking for a well-qualified, passionate and committed geography specialist, who values continuing professional development, to join our Humanities faculty. This is a superb opportunity to join a highly successful team whose outcomes at KS4 and KS5 are well above national averages.

Geography is one of the most popular options at G.C.S.E. and A level. Residential and day field work  play an important role in our provision. Staff are based in rooms adjacent to each other, each one having an interactive whiteboard and projector. The successful candidate will be required to teach geography up to and including G.C.S.E. A level teaching may be available for a suitably experienced candidate.

There is also the possibility of a TLR 2c (£3,348) for a candidate able to take on the leadership of KS3.

This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check and is not open to anyone who has been barred in any way from working with children.

Visits to the school prior to application are welcome. Please use the contact details below.

Closing date: Tuesday 4th October 2022 at midday
