The governors of Maghull High School are looking to appoint an enthusiastic full time teacher of Geography from 1st September 2018. Geography is a popular and successful subject throughout the school, and the Geography Department has recently been awarded the Geographical Association’s Secondary Geography Quality Mark (SGQM).
The successful candidate must be able to teach Geography to KS3 and KS4. The ability to teach Physical Geography to Post 16 and other Humanities subjects to KS3 would be an advantage.
Applications will be considered from newly qualified or experienced teachers.
Maghull High School is a successful, mixed 11-18 Performing Arts College with 846 students on roll, including a Sixth Form of 154.
