The Role
We are seeking a passionate, highly motivated and ambitious Teacher of Geography to join our committed Geography team at Bacon’s College. The department have had successful outcomes well above the national average for GCSE and continue to have the drive and determination to improve further. Geography is a growing area of the school with over three quarters of students opting to study it at GCSE.
Results at A Level are over 60% A*-B and reflect the continued hard work of students and staff in the Geography department.
About you
This role calls for an individual who is able to inspire, challenge and motivate our students. An ability to teach A-level Geography is an advantage. You must have the highest of expectations of every student, be enthusiastic, flexible and have a desire to flourish within the Geography team as well as the desire to become a valued member of Bacon’s College. This role is suitable for ECTs as well as experienced teachers seeking a new challenge.
