Fullbrook is a mixed 11-18 Academy classified by Ofsted in March 2017 as Good. In 2018, 85% of students achieved 4+ in GCSE English and 82% of students achieved 4+ in Maths.
At Fullbrook we believe all students should be challenged to achieve more than they ever thought possible, and offer a variety of extra-curricular activities, including the Duke of Edinburgh scheme to enhance our students’ talents.
We are seeking to appoint a teacher of Geography for KS3, KS4 and KS5. The successful applicant will be inspirational, have good subject knowledge, and be an excellent communicator and team-player. They will be capable of developing schemes of work, differentiating resources, and be driven to see all students make excellent progress. Experience of teaching A Level will be an advantage.
Geography is a popular subject that continues to grow in GCSE numbers year on year. The department’s trips to the Olympic park last year were a success and enjoyed by all students.
Fullbrook offers a fully, tailored CPD programme which supports the needs of staff and encourages progression.
