Caister Academy is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, inspiring and ambitious qualified teacher. 

The role holder will need to be an outstanding teacher, with a passion and commitment to our core values of hard work, respect and equality. We have high expectations of all and place a huge emphasis on getting the basics right: attendance, punctuality, smartness and readiness to learn. We are also highly focused on learning, believing that every minute of every lesson counts. We want student aspirations to be high and expect them all to aim high and challenge themselves, in order that they can be the best they can be.   

The successful candidate will have experience of teaching German at KS3 and KS4. They will have a commitment to professional growth and personal development and will join a strong department. The German department is well resourced. It is a popular subject across the school and outcomes for students are improving year on year.
