 St George Catholic College is an oversubscribed and growing college, both in terms of the number of students on roll and in terms of the ability of the students who are joining us. The College has a proven track record of success and is rated by Ofsted as good with outstanding features. This is a very exciting time for the College as we are on an upward trajectory and aiming for a judgement of ‘Outstanding’. 

The department is graded outstanding and consistently achieves 90% or above for GCSE PE and 100% for BTEC NQF Level 2 in Sport. 

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and committed full time teacher of girls PE, who will bring exceptional enthusiasm, passion and talent in a range of sports. The post provides an excellent opportunity to develop your career with state of the art facilities including a 3G all-weather pitch, multi-gym, playing fields, large sports hall and netball courts. 

The successful candidate should be willing to be involved in the successful running of extra-curricular clubs and fixtures. The department’s track record in developing staff and achieving outcomes is second to none. NQTs and more experience members of staff are more than welcome to apply.
