St Joseph's College is a vibrant independent day and boarding school in Ipswich providing a broad and seamless education for over 550 boys and girls aged 3 - 18. We provide a wide range of stimulating and challenging opportunities that our pupils embrace in both the academic and extra-curricular life of the College.

The resultant all-round education develops our pupils into well-rounded individuals who challenge themselves to ‘be our best’ in every aspect of life at the school, and beyond. Our innovative teaching and subsequent success starts in the Prep School and runs all the way through the Senior School and Sixth Form.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of St Joseph’s College Sport Department; East Anglia’s Premier Sporting Independent School. The College is set to further strengthen its position both regionally and nationally by appointing a Teacher of Girls Sport & Head of Netball. The candidate will be joining the College and department at a very exciting time. With talks under way with regional netball stake holders, the College seeks to appoint the figure head for our Netball performance sport to complement current performance sports: Rugby, Hockey, Football and Cricket.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our dynamic team. The role will involve coaching major team sports with a particular focus on Netball but to include Hockey and Cricket to children aged 3-18 years. Candidates will have experience of participating in team sports to a high level and will ideally hold an England Netball UKCC Level 2 qualification or above. This position is fulltime, with a requirement to work some Saturdays during term time.
