We seek to appoint an outstanding graduate teacher of (principally) girls’ PE and sport in this dynamic and high-achieving school to fill a gap in a successful and hugely busy department during maternity leave.
The RGS has its own generous salary scale and provides NQTs with an appropriate programme of induction leading to QTS, valid in both sectors.
A ‘willing to go the extra mile’ approach is a fundamental requirement of all teachers at this school, including temporary ones! Applications are invited from those who are willing and able to make their own distinctive contribution to this ethos, seeing the teaching of sport/PE as but part (albeit a central one) of their teaching vocation.
