We are looking to appoint a well-qualified and inspirational teacher to join our highly committed, very successful and experienced team of professionals. You will be expected to teach across KS4 and KS5 delivering Cambridge National and Cambridge Technical Health and Social Care.
The College was rated “Good” in the most recent OFSTED inspection and is determined to become Outstanding. We are developing a highly academic culture where the highest standards are expected of staff and pupils. It is a dynamic College and one where pupils and staff are exceptionally well supported. It is also a happy, cohesive and very purposeful environment.
We are seeking someone with excellent subject knowledge who can combine academic rigour and achievement with enjoyment of the subject. If you have energy and passion for your subject and innovative teaching and learning strategies we would like to hear from you.

About Cromwell Community College
Cromwell Community College is a co-educational secondary school located in the market town of Chatteris, Cambridgeshire. It educates around 1,100 pupils aged 11-18. The school became a comprehensive in 1969 and converted to academy status in 2012.
Over the years, Cromwell Community College has seen extensive redevelopment and modernisation, with the most recent project completed in 2012. The school has its own sixth form, with dedicated facilities and study areas for post-16 students.

“Pupils enjoy a wide choice of subjects suited to their abilities and interests. The most able pupils are steered towards three sciences, humanities and foreign languages to enable more of them to gain the English Baccalaureate (EBacc) qualification. A small proportion of less-able pupils follow a curriculum matched to their needs and abilities in order to develop their literacy and numeracy, promote their social skills and study qualifications suited to the workplace.”
