We are seeking to appoint a committed and inspiring Health teacher to join our supportive, enthusiastic and collaborative team starting in September 2021. This role is required due to increasing student applications for our Health courses.
This role will require high levels of personal and professional commitment and the ability to work successfully as part of a team will be essential. The successful candidate will be an excellent leader, highly adaptable and flexible, and will need a strong work ethic.
You will have responsibility for leading the quality of teaching and learning (GCSE, BTEC and A-level) for students in your classes. This will involve: setting and articulating high expectations for students; planning; teaching effectively using appropriate resourcing to challenge and engage all learners.
As a UTC, we offer GCSEs, A levels, and BTECs, with the opportunity for our students to learn valuable technical and employability skills. Our education plan ensures students are on track to make outstanding progress, reach high levels of academic attainment and develop the skills essential for career success.
