The de Ferrers Academy has gained a reputation for high levels of academic achievement, demonstrated by the fact that the 2016 results at GCSE and A-level are the best on record and this year has proved another extremely successful year for our students. The Academy is an Apple Regional Training Centre, with 1:1 use of iPads for all Key Stage 4 and 5 students. 

The Faculty is very well resourced and prides itself on a strong record of success based on a team of committed staff with a passion for teaching and learning (42% A*-B at A-Level, Mean ALP's grade of 4.5, 61% A*-C at GCSE, 26% A*-A at GCSE and over 300+ entries at GCSE.
