The role

Being a Junior Science Teacher at Benenden is an exciting, dynamic, and deeply rewarding role. It offers the unique opportunity to lay the foundations of scientific understanding, shaping young, curious minds at a stage where they are most open to discovery and exploration.

By embedding STEM opportunities, competitions, and real-world applications into the curriculum, students will see the broader impact of science, from global challenges to career pathways.

It’s about leading the way for outstanding GCSE students and laying the groundwork for future women leaders in science, technology, and beyond.
